Privacy Policy

Your work stays with you. Here is what Job Coach Pro by MyKey keeps, and what it does not.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

The short version

No account, no sign-in, no ads.
What you type is saved only on your own device. We cannot see it.
We never sell information, and we have none of yours to sell.
You can erase everything with the "Clear my data" button.

Who runs this app

Job Coach Pro by MyKey is developed and owned by MyKey Consulting Services LLC in Bothell, Washington. "We" and "us" mean MyKey Consulting Services LLC. We are a private company. We are not a school, an employer, a job coaching agency, or part of any school district or government agency. You can reach us at hello@mykeyplans.com.

What is saved, and where

Job Coach Pro by MyKey is part of the MyKey Family Toolkit. It has four tools: the Job Skills Checklist, the Workday Routine, Task Steps, and the Work Wins Journal.

Everything you add is saved in the browser on your device. That includes the skills and routine steps you check off, the items you add to those lists, the work tasks and steps you write, and the wins you save in your journal.

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. We have no copy. If you clear your browser's data, switch browsers, or use a different device, your work will not be there.

Private details

The app never asks for your name, your address, your employer, or anything about your health or disability. Anyone who uses your device and browser can open what you saved, so please think about what you type on a shared computer or tablet. Please leave out last names, addresses, pay details and medical details.

What the app does not use

The app does not use your location, your camera or your microphone. It has no uploads, no payments and no messages to other people.

What the hosting service sees

The app is hosted by Base44. Like any website, the hosting service can see that a page was opened. It records the page, the time, and a random number that stands for the visit. It does not receive anything you type, your name, or your email address.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.

No AI

This app does not use AI. Nothing you type is read or answered by a computer program. The checklists and the journal simply keep what you enter.

The front page and MyKey Steps

The main address of this app now shows a short note that the full Job Coach Pro app is part of MyKey Steps, with a link to steps.mykeyplans.com. MyKey Steps is a separate app with its own privacy policy. Nothing from this app is sent to MyKey Steps.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell information and we do not share it for advertising. Because we collect nothing about you, there is nothing to opt out of, and a browser signal such as Global Privacy Control does not change how the app works.

Erasing your work

You can remove an item you added, a task or a win with its remove or delete button. To remove everything, press "Clear my data" on the main screen. Clearing your browser's data does the same.

Children and students

The app is written for teens and adults getting ready for work or learning a job, and for the families, teachers and job coaches who support them. It asks no one's age and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this page

If the app changes how it handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
